Delete Your Levo Loyalty Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your App Name account and the data associated with it. Levo Loyalty is developed by Levo International Inc.
how to request deletion
Option 1: In the app
Open Levo Loyalty and sign in.
Go to the bottom of the page
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to support@levointernational.org from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Include your username or the email address on your account.
We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
what data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
Content you created in the app, such as [posts, notes, saved items]
Your app settings and preference.
what data mey be kept
Some information may be kept for a limited time when required for legal, security, or business reasons:
Security logs are kept for up to 90 days to help prevent fraud and abuse.
Backups may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
After these periods, this data is permanently deleted.
